Some travel is required.\nResponsibilities of the Project Manager:\nProvide overall leadership for ERP/SIS projects\nTrack and report on project budget\nEstablish a project plan that is suitable for the size and scope of each assigned project\nSchedule and manage SIG resources assigned to projects; collaborate with the Resource Manager\nWork with the client to ensure appropriate client resources are assigned to the project; manage all implementation teams\nProvide advisory services to support change management for the organization\nTrack project progress and provide regular status reports to project sponsors and other executives as appropriate\nEscalate project issues and identify potential setbacks on time\nWork with the client to develop a risk management plan\nRequired Qualifications\nFive+ years of project management experience within Higher Education is a must\nExperience with SaaS implementation is a must-have\nExperience managing the development and implementation of software enhancements, maintenance programs, and new releases of these products\nExceptional written, oral communication, and critical thinking skills\nExperience in effectively communicating and reporting at the executive level\nExperience using project management tools such as Smartsheet to plan and track large, complex projects\nAbility to organize and lead multiple projects for more than one client simultaneously\nProven experience serving as a project lead and motivating teams to action\nExperience with Ellucian Banner, Colleague, or other ERP and Student Information Systems\nAbility to travel to client campuses on occasion (up to 25%)\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious Consulting experience is preferred\nIdeal candidates will hold a PMP certification\nPay and Benefits\nThe salary range is $90,000 -$115,000 + annual bonus\nHealth, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance\nShort & Long Term Disability\nPaid Parental Leave\n3 Weeks Vacation, Sick Leave & 10 Paid Holidays\n401(K) with a 5% Employer Contribution\nPet Insurance\nProfessional Development opportunities\nRemote work\nThe listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location.
