We are accepting applications for future job opportunities as a Slate CRM Consultant. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in Slate CRM and its underlying software, with a preference for web development proficiency. This role necessitates substantial travel and hands-on involvement in spearheading Slate CRM initiatives. The position offers remote work flexibility.\nProvide Slate CRM implementation services and general consulting such as training, functional consulting, troubleshooting, and technical support to a diverse community of higher education clients\nAnalyze current business practices and make recommendations to leverage various technology tools to improve business processes for admissions, retention and advancement\nAbility to adapt to varying challenges and varying levels of user knowledge\nRequired Qualifications\n5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry.\n5 or more years of experience working with Slate CRM, demonstrating advanced user proficiency.\nAbility to administer security roles, build workflows, write rules, build reports and dashboards using CRM tools\nExtensive experience utilizing Slate Datasets and Entities for reporting, data management, process automation, and system optimization\nProficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating CRM software\nExperience developing HTML content\nAbility to analyze business processes, procedures, and functions and make recommendations for improvement\nExperience with data collection, designing workflows, and audit requirements to determine suitability of the CRM software\nExperience with building and managing integrations with various third-party admissions applications (Common App, Royall/EAB, Liaison/UNICAS)\nExperience Designing and managing integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning/Student Information Systems\nExperience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business process and creating efficiency.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Slate.\nExceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach\nThe ability to travel over 25%\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing project based work.\nExperience with Ellucian CRM Advance or Recruit, Microsoft Dynamics, Element 451, Salesforce or other CRM's is a bonus\nGraduate Admissions/Enrollment experience\nPay and Benefit\nThe salary range is $90,000 -$125,000\nHealth, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance\nShort & Long Term Disability\nPaid Parental Leave\n3 Weeks Vacation, Sick Leave & Paid Holidays\n401(K) with a 5% Employer Contribution\nPet Insurance\nThe listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location.
