You will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class live, hybrid, and virtual events for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a senior, client-facing position that demands exceptional technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.\nAs a Senior Production Manager, you will lead technical planning, oversee suppliers, manage onsite delivery, and ensure seamless execution across all technical workstreams - including staging, lighting, audio, video, streaming, and broadcast. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to bring creative ideas to life with authority, precision, and innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership\nLead end-to-end technical planning and delivery of events of varying scale and complexity.\n\nInterpret creative concepts and translate them into robust technical solutions.\n\nProvide expert guidance on AV, staging, lighting, rigging, sound, video, broadcast, and digital technologies.\n\nConduct technical site visits, assessments, and CAD reviews.\n\nProject & Supplier Management\nCreate and manage technical schedules, production plans, and show documentation.\n\nScope, brief, and manage third-party suppliers, freelancers, and production crews.\n\nOversee technical budgets, quotations, procurement, and cost tracking.\n\nEnsure all suppliers deliver to agreed standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.\n\nClient & Internal Collaboration\nAct as a senior technical point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles.\n\nWork collaboratively with producers, creatives, and project managers to ensure technical feasibility.\n\nAttend client meetings, pitches, and rehearsals; contribute technical expertise and solutions.\n\nOnsite Leadership\nOversee technical load-in, build, rehearsal, and show delivery.\n\nManage onsite technical teams and ensure safe working practices.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in high-pressure environments.\n\nDeliver events to exceptional standards, maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach.\n\nCompliance, Safety & Quality Assurance\nEnsure all events comply with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and industry standards.\n\nMaintain strong working knowledge of current technologies, best practices, and industry trends.\n\nDrive continuous improvement in production processes and technical delivery.\n\nRequirements\nThe successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the below experience:\nExtensive experience in technical production within live events, experiential, or broadcast environments.\n\nStrong understanding of AV systems, staging, lighting, sound, video, and networked technologies.\n\nProven ability to lead technical delivery on large-scale and high-profile events.\n\nExcellent project management, budgeting, and supplier management skills.\n\nConfident client-facing communication and presentation skills.\n\nStrong leadership presence onsite, with the ability to guide large technical teams.\n\nExceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.\n\nProficiency in technical documentation, schematics, and show planning tools (e.g., Vectorworks, CAD, MS Teams, etc.).\n\nExperience delivering hybrid or broadcast-quality virtual events.\n\nAccreditation or training in rigging, health & safety, or project management.\n\nAbility to contribute to pitches and new business proposals.\n\nHighly organised with meticulous attention to detail.\n\nCalm, confident, and decisive, especially onsite.\n\nCollaborative, approachable, and a natural leader.\n\nPassionate about technology and innovation in live experiences.\n\nSolutions-driven with a positive, client-focused mindset.\n\nEmployee Benefits\n25 days annual leave, plus usual Bank Holidays\n\nBirthday day off\n\nPrivate Health Insurance*\n\nWorkplace pension scheme\n\nDeath in service scheme\n\nCycle to work scheme\n\nHybrid working arrangement\n\nRegular social events\n\n*Upon successful completion of a 6-month probation period\nOur Principles\nWe are a people-first brand experience agency with a set of core principles that guide our every action by measuring:\nA win for the client\nClient success is at the forefront of everything we do.
