administration, troubleshooting and overall endpoint health.\n\n- Manage Windows endpoints using ManageEngine Endpoint Central and other MDMs.\n\n- Manage patch deployment, software deployment, inventory and endpoint compliance.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex Windows OS, hardware, driver, performance, networking and application issues.\n\n- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) joined devices and troubleshoot authentication and access issues.\n\n- Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office.\n\n- Manage application deployment, upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting.\n\n- Handle Windows patching and remediation of critical security vulnerabilities.\n\n- Troubleshoot antivirus and endpoint security-related issues.\n\n- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring endpoint and application issues.\n\n- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, troubleshooting and reporting.\n\n- Troubleshoot VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and other endpoint networking issues.\n\n- Monitor endpoint compliance, patch status and device health.\n\n- Handle escalated incidents and complex technical issues within defined SLAs.\n\n- Coordinate with software, hardware and security vendors.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and troubleshooting guides.\n\n- Assist with endpoint hardening and CIS/security baselines.\n\n- Participate in endpoint, security and infrastructure improvement projects.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.\n\n- Strong experience with endpoint and patch management.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central or similar platforms.\n\n- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.\n\n- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Windows networking.\n\n- Good PowerShell scripting knowledge.\n\n- Strong understanding of Windows security and endpoint compliance.\n\n- Experience with application deployment and software troubleshooting.\n\n- Strong incident management, troubleshooting and RCA skills.\n\n- Experience with IT ticketing and ITSM processes.\n\nGood To Have :\n\n-
