Perform basic troubleshooting and rework when errors occur.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:\nTesting and Factory Calibration\nPerform 3D Printer system power-up process per work instructions \nPerform factory calibration per work instructions \nVerify factory calibration using measurement tools \nPerform basic troubleshooting of printer functionality and escalate as needed to Senior Testers or Technicians \nRework printer per established work instructions \nPerform testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies per work instructions and functional test fixtures \nUnderstanding of 3D printer functionality \nAble to work with a computer and data to perform job functions \nAble to effectively operate precision measurement tools \nDemonstrated ability to use assembly hand tools \nAdept familiarity of 3D print knowledge such as hardware, software, and materials \nAcceptance Test Procedure (ATP)\nValidation of 3D Printer functionality per established work instructions in the following areas: 3D prints, measurements, data recording, and quality specifications \nPerform basic troubleshooting of printer functionality and escalate as needed to Senior Testers or Technicians \nPrep skins/doors, tie downs, and accessories to be shipped safely to the customer \nFinal Inspection\nEnsure final product is up to quality standards functionally and cosmetically. \nConfirm the product is prepared for shipment \nBasic Qualifications\nMust be Export Control Compliant (ITAR) \n4-6 years related experience in a manufacturing environment \nKnowledge of computers for email, transactions, quality reporting, and work instructions, ADP/HR systems \nAbility to read and understand work instructions to be able to achieve production goals \nAbility to work well with others \nStrong written and verbal communication skills \nPreferred Qualifications\nElectro-mechanical experience and troubleshooting in technical manufacturing environment \nDemonstrated engagement in Lean Manufacturing and company initiatives \nTravel required: None\nWe believe our people are the heart of our success.
