You will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control processes that help ensure the reliability and performance of Stratasys 3D printers. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold Stratasys’ commitment to delivering top-tier products to customers.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:\nConduct inspections and tests on 3D printer components, subassemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.\nCollaborate with manufacturing teams to monitor and maintain adherence to quality control processes.\nEvaluate and audit supplier processes to help ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.\nPartner with procurement teams to address supplier-related quality issues and drive improvements.\nStay current with relevant industry standards and regulations and assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications.\nInvestigate and analyze non-conformities, defects, and customer complaints to identify root causes.\nWork closely with engineering and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of quality control documentation, including inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality records.\nKeep detailed records of quality data and generate reports to communicate trends and improvement opportunities.\nProvide training to production teams on quality control processes and standards.\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures, attend required company training, demonstrate Stratasys behaviors, and complete other responsibilities as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications\nFour-year degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n0-1 years of relevant experience.\nKnowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.\nFamiliarity with 3D printing technology and manufacturing processes.\nAbility to be export control compliant, including ITAR compliance requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting quality control activities in a manufacturing environment.\nExposure to root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action processes, or supplier quality activities.\nInterest in additive manufacturing, 3D printing technology, and continuous improvement practices.\nTravel required: [Insert travel requirements, if applicable]\nWe believe our people are the heart of our success.
