Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements. Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:\nScheduling:\nCoordinate and expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between product lines according to production schedules \nMaintains records of order status and order issues to production supervisors and planners to keep departments informed on condition of capacity and workload. \nPrepare and maintain daily metric as assigned to coordinate job schedules \nQuality:\nCoordinate for repair and assembly of material or part \nReview material requisition issued to the inventory and work orders \nMonitors inventory levels in production to ensure appropriate levels to achieve scheduled jobs \nWorks with material planners on movement of materials regarding shortages, communicating requirements to planning \nAdministrative and Other\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures \nAttend all required company training \nDemonstrate commitments to Stratasys Behaviors by leading, acting, and modeling these values. \nParticipating in continuous improvement activities \nOther Responsibilities as assigned by the department or manager \nBasic Qualifications\nMust be ITAR qualified \n8+ years related experience, or advanced degree \nIncluding experience on warehouse software for production \nWritten and Verbal skills \nAbility to work well with others \nExcel skills to include building worksheets and formulas. \nPreferred Qualifications\n3 years of project management skills\nTravel required: None\nWe believe our people are the heart of our success.
