The world’s leading organizations turn to Stratasys to transform product design, bring agility to manufacturing and supply chains, and improve patient care.\nLocation\nMinnetonka, MN or other Stratasys location as assigned\nPosition description\nThe Project Manager is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives from intake through completion, ensuring projects stay on scope, on time, and aligned with business priorities. This role owns coordination, communication, and accountability across teams while facilitating tradeoffs, surfacing risks, and escalating issues when needed. Project scope may include strategic initiatives, operational improvements, compliance-related efforts, and special projects based on business needs.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource needs.\nSupport project intake to ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, prioritized, and set up for successful execution.\nCoordinate cross-functional project activities, track deliverables, and drive accountability across stakeholders.\nMonitor project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and changing priorities; adjust plans as needed to keep work progressing.\nFacilitate clear communication across teams and serve as a primary point of contact for project updates, inquiries, and issue resolution.\nPrepare and deliver project status updates, reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.\nLead or support special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, compliance-related workstreams, and operational improvement efforts.\nPartner with technical leads, business systems, legal, and other departments to coordinate project work of varying scope and impact.\nBuild and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to influence outcomes and support successful project delivery.\nFollow company safety policies and procedures, attend required training, and perform other responsibilities as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience managing deadlines, coordinating teams, organizing or coordinating projects, and communicating effectively across an organization.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders.\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset.\nStrong analytical skills, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively on projects with minimal direct supervision.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.\nAbility to meet applicable ITAR requirements, if required for the role.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject management experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives, operational improvements, or compliance-related projects.\nExperience creating project reports, executive updates, presentations, or stakeholder communications.\nAbility to manage ambiguity, facilitate tradeoffs, and proactively escalate risks or issues.\nExperience working in manufacturing, technology, engineering, or a matrixed global organization.\nProject management certification or formal project management training.\nTravel required: Minimal travel may be required based on business needs.\nWe believe our people are the heart of our success.
