We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Quality Team Leader to lead our quality team and drive continuous improvement across suppliers, production processes, and finished products.\nIn this role, you'll combine strong people leadership with problem solving, decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll serve as a mentor and role model for your team, while taking ownership of quality performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and results.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and develop a high-performing quality team, driving execution, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all quality activities.\nManage QMS activities and support compliance with quality standards and procedures.\nLead supplier quality activities, incoming quality control, investigations, and corrective actions.\nSupport production through real-time problem solving and effective decision making.\nMonitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, and communicate insights to management.\nLead audit readiness activities and participate in internal and external audits.\nSupport onboarding of new materials, suppliers, and NPI initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and proactively drive solutions from idea to implementation.\nLead CAPA, RCCA, and complex root cause investigations.\nManage product and material release activities (MRB / Product Release).\nLead risk management activities (FMEA) and support regulatory compliance.\nManage customer quality issues, complaints, and field performance trends.\nLead cross-functional and global quality projects with R&D, Operations, and Suppliers\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or Quality Engineering.\nExperience leading and developing teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QMS, CAPA, and audit processes.\nExperience in supplier quality, IQC, and root cause investigations.\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.\nSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment.\nA hands-on leader who leads by example, learns quickly, and drives execution.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with NPI and onboarding new materials and suppliers.\nExperience in 3D printing, polymers, chemicals, powders, or related
