This role involves guiding an indirect sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with customers. Your expertise in 3D printing technology and software sales will be critical in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious revenue goals.\nWhat you will be doing:\nSales Team Leadership\nTrain, guide, and partner with our Channel Sales team to help focus a high-performing sales team on Stratasys software.\nSet clear sales targets and objectives for the team.\nProvide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their knowledge of 3D printing technology and software sales techniques.\nStrategic Sales Planning\nDevelop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics for Stratasys software.\nAnalyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the 3D printing industry to identify opportunities. \nCollaborate with the marketing department to create targeted campaigns and marketing materials..\nCustomer Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and potential customers that utilize 3D printing capabilities.\nUnderstand the unique needs and challenges of customers in the industry and help tailor software solutions accordingly. \nAddress customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.\nProduct Expertise & Forecasting\nMaintain a deep understanding of the company’s software solutions.\nStay updated on the latest developments and trends in 3D printing technology.\nCollaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and insights.\nMonitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.\nForecast sales trends and adjust strategies as needed. \nUtilize CRM tools and analytics for accurate tracking and reporting.\nMust have for this role:\n2+ years of success in software sales, preferably in the 3D printing industry.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nProficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.\nDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. \nIn-depth knowledge of 3D printing technology and its applications\nTravel required:None\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
