are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team.\nIn this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of mechanical design and development activities from concept through product implementation and production.\nDesign complex mechanical components, assemblies, machine structures, precision motion systems, and mechanical interfaces.\nCreate detailed designs using SolidWorks, including complex assemblies, drawings, tolerances, and BOMs.\nPerform engineering analysis and simulations, including FEA and CFD, to support structural, thermal, mechanical, and fluid-flow design.\nDrive hands-on prototyping, assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.\nApply DFM/DFA and design-to-cost principles while working with a wide range of manufacturing technologies and materials.\nCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful system integration.\nWork with subcontractors, manufacturers, and suppliers throughout development and transfer to production.\nSupport existing R&D platforms and production machinery, including engineering changes, continuous improvement, quality, and reliability activities.\nWhat you bring\nB.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.\n7+ years of mechanical R&D experience designing complex multidisciplinary industrial machinery, including design, analysis, prototyping, integration, and testing.\nProven ability to lead end-to-end mechanical development, from concept and architecture through detailed design, integration, and production.\nExperience in industrial inkjet and/or 3D printing systems is a significant advantage.\nExpert-level SolidWorks skills, including complex assemblies, drawings, tolerances, and BOMs.\nWorking knowledge of SolidWorks EPDM/PDM systems and engineering release workflows.\nExperience with FEA and CFD simulations using SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS, or equivalent tools.\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including CNC machining, sheet metal, aluminum extrusions and castings, injection molding, rotational molding, and tooling.\nExperience with DFM/DFA and design-to-cost methodologies.\nHands-on experience in prototyping, assembly, integration, testing, and mechanical troubleshooting.\nExperience working with subcontractors, manufacturers, and suppliers, including technical documentation and transfer to production.\nExperience supporting R&D platforms and serial-production machinery.\nHigh level of English, both written and
