This role is responsible for receiving and inspecting inbound shipments, verifying order accuracy, and preparing outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk I works closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCheck orders and package to SDM and/or customer specifications\nReview work instructions for special packaging needs\nPackage orders in compliance to best shipping practices and customer requirements\nVerify correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices\nEnsure products are packaged and shipped correctly and in a timely manner from our facility to the customer\nManage and Maintain inventory integrity through consistent use of procedures\nProcess shipping labels using appropriate vendor software such as FedEx, UPS, Starship, etc.\nResponsible for compliance to all Quality Management Systems\nSupport area focused continuous process improvement activities\nLoad and unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse\nReceive orders and material and deliver to appropriate departments\nVerify received products to bills of lading and purchase order documentation requirements\nMaintain inventory integrity through consistent use of procedures; keep records of goods received\nEnsure materials are properly labeled including hazardous material labels\nReport damaged goods and shortages\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures\nAttend all required company training\nDemonstrate commitments to Stratasys Behaviors by leading, acting, and modeling these values\nOther responsibilities as assigned by the department or manager\nMust have for this role:\nAs a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
