Strategic Analytix is a privately held minority owned, small-business headquarter in Fulton, MD just outside of Baltimore and Washington D.C.\n About the role\nJob Description\nStrategic Analytix is looking for a skilled Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA). As a TDNA you will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. See below for more information.\nWhat you'll do\nTNDA Requirements\nRelevant TDNA experience must be in:\nMaintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.\nDeveloping comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.\nIdentifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.\nEmploying multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.\nApplying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies. \nMentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.\nQualifications\nClearance Level\nTS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.\n\nExperience:\nSkill Levels:\nLevel 1:\n6 years of exp (no degree) OR\nAA degree + 4 years OR\nB.A. degree + 2 years\n\nLevel 2:\n9 years exp (no degree) OR\nAA + 7 years OR\nB.A. + 5 years, OR\nMasters + 3 years, OR\nPhD + 2 years\n\nLevel 3:\n12 yrs exp (no degree) OR\nAA + 10 years OR\nB.A. + 8 years, OR\nMasters + 6 years OR\nPhD + 4 years\n\nLevel 4:\n15 yrs exp (no degree) OR\nAA + 13 years, OR\nB.A. + 11 years, OR\nMasters + 9 years OR\nPhD + 7 years\n\nEducation & Training:\nLiberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.\nRelevant certs / training would include (but not limited to): Sec+, Net+, CEH, JCAC course.
