The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying and optimizing AI/ML models, building LLM-powered applications and designing autonomous AI agents to solve complex business problems.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Develop, train, evaluate and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.\n\n- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\n- Build Agentic AI applications involving autonomous agents, multi-agent systems and AI-driven workflows.\n\n- Work on LLM-based applications using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques.\n\n- Develop intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool calling and executing multi-step tasks.\n\n- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar.\n\n- Implement vector databases and semantic search solutions using FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate or equivalent.\n\n- Apply NLP techniques, transformers and deep learning architectures to solve business problems.\n\n- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis and statistical modelling.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to take AI solutions from experimentation to production.\n\n- Monitor model performance, optimize inference and ensure scalability, accuracy and reliability of AI applications.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- Strong programming experience in Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.\n\n- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and Transformer architectures.\n\n- Practical experience in Agentic AI and autonomous AI agent development.\n\n- Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases and prompt engineering.\n\n- Knowledge of NLP, neural networks and statistical modelling.\n\n- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or LlamaIndex.\n\n- Exposure to OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama or other LLM models.\n\n- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.\n\n- Knowledge of APIs, Docker, ML pipelines and MLOps is preferred.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.\n\n- Experience building production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI applications.\n\n- Experience with multi-agent orchestration, AI automation and tool integration.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical
