This role requires a strong understanding of AWS architecture, hybrid connectivity, identity and access management, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and governance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using AWS-native services and Infrastructure as Code.\n\nManage AWS compute and storage services, including EC2, S3, EBS, and load balancing.\n\nConfigure and maintain AWS networking, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Direct Connect, VPNs, and hybrid connectivity.\n\nImplement cloud governance and security controls using AWS Organizations, Control Tower, IAM, Security Hub, and GuardDuty.\n\nDevelop and maintain Terraform configurations and automated infrastructure deployment workflows.\n\nManage Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure deployment processes.\n\nUse AWS CLI, Python, and/or PowerShell to automate infrastructure provisioning, administration, and operational tasks.\n\nMonitor cloud environments using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager, and AWS Backup.\n\nImplement identity and access management solutions, including SSO, federation, cross-account access, and multifactor authentication.\n\nApply AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework principles to support secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud environments.\n\nSupport cloud landing zones, infrastructure resilience, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cost management.\n\nMaintain infrastructure documentation, operational procedures, and security best practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n7-10+ years of relevant professional experience in cloud engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related IT disciplines.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and architecture.\n\nExperience with AWS compute, storage, networking, security, and governance services.\n\nHands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.\n\nExperience with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.\n\nProficiency with AWS CLI and scripting using Python and/or PowerShell.\n\nStrong understanding of AWS networking, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, Route 53, VPN, Direct Connect, and hybrid connectivity.\n\nExperience implementing AWS IAM, SSO/federation, cross-account access, and MFA.\n\nFamiliarity with AWS monitoring, logging, backup, and operational management tools.\n\nUnderstanding of cloud security, governance, resiliency, and cost optimization.\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Azure.\n\nFamiliarity with Ansible configuration management and automation.\n\nExperience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.\n\nKnowledge of FinOps practices and cloud cost management.\n\nWork Arrangement\nThis is a six-month contract position requiring onsite work in Lutz,
