using native platform capabilities and custom development where appropriate\nEnhance CRM functionality to support sales, service, or stakeholder management business processes\nCollaborate with developers, architects, and business SMEs within Agile scrum teams\nTranslate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical designs\nDesign and maintain CRM data models, relationships, and security roles\nBuild and support CRM integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs\nProduce clear technical documentation so solutions can be supported and enhanced by other team members\nSupport ongoing CRM enhancements and platform evolution as Dynamics capability matures\nTechnical Capabilities\nRequired\nStrong enterprise CRM fundamentals, including data modeling, security, workflow automation, and business process design\nHands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or xRM), including:\no Entity (table) configuration and relationship modeling\no Security roles, access controls, and data visibility\no Business rules, workflows, plugins, or automation\nExperience working on CRM implementations, enhancements, or early stage Dynamics adoption, recognizing that Dynamics tenure may be limited\nExperience building or supporting REST API integrations\nStrong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nPreferred (Plus Skills)\nSalesforce Experience\nExperience developing with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components\nExperience configuring Salesforce Flows, Approval Workflows, and Process Builder\nDeep understanding of the Salesforce security model, including Sharing Rules, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and related access control mechanisms\nAdditional Plus Skills\nExperience working in environments with multiple CRM platforms or CRM platform transition\nExperience working in Agile delivery teams\nCRM certifications (Microsoft
