environments who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving processes, and implementing effective security solutions.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nLead technical onboarding activities and integrate customer environments with SOC platforms, including SIEM solutions, Microsoft Azure, Defender, Splunk, and ITSM tools.\n\nDeploy, configure, administer, and optimize security monitoring systems, cloud security services, and other SOC technologies.\n\nImplement and maintain security solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, endpoint protection platforms, and threat intelligence integrations.\n\nProvide technical support during high-priority security incidents, contributing to investigations, escalations, and remediation activities.\n\nConduct threat hunting activities, analyze potential security threats, and support incident response investigations.\n\nCreate, refine, and optimize security detection rules to strengthen monitoring capabilities and reduce false positives.\n\nBuild and maintain automated workflows, system integrations, and CI/CD pipelines to improve operational efficiency.\n\nIdentify opportunities to enhance security tools, monitoring processes, and overall SOC performance.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation covering security configurations, integrations, procedures, and implemented solutions.\n\nWork closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of security controls and industry best practices.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, IT security, system administration, network administration, SOC operations, or a related technical field.\n\nA degree or ongoing studies in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline would be beneficial.\n\nPractical experience investigating security alerts and analyzing logs from SIEM/SOAR platforms, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection tools, or network monitoring solutions.\n\nHands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and cloud security principles.\n\nExperience integrating log sources, configuring security monitoring use cases, and creating or optimizing detection rules.\n\nUnderstanding of security incident management processes, including alert assessment, investigation, escalation, and response.\n\nGood knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, administration, and security hardening practices.\n\nFamiliarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, authentication technologies such as MFA and SSO, and enterprise security standards.\n\nKnowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash, as well as API integrations, would be an advantage.\n\nA proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and an interest in emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.\n\nStrong English communication skills (B2 level or higher) for collaboration in an international environment.\n\nAdditional Qualifications\nRelevant professional certifications would be considered an advantage, including:\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)\n\nMicrosoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)\n\nCompTIA Security+ or CySA+\n\nCCNA, Splunk, or other recognized cybersecurity
