consistency, and integrity across existing and newly developed datasets.\n\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.\n\nTroubleshoot data issues, streamline workflows, and implement sustainable improvements to data processes.\n\nDocument data transformations, pipeline logic, and development processes.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong hands-on SQL and Python development experience.\n\nProven experience consolidating, simplifying, and optimizing existing scripts and data pipelines.\n\nExperience building and deploying new datasets from the ground up.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work with ambiguous, unstructured, or poorly defined data requirements.\n\nStrong data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Databricks, Microsoft OneLake, or OneStream.\n\nExperience using Git or similar version control tools.\n\nFamiliarity with Capital One datasets, data platforms, or enterprise data environments.\n\nPrevious experience in financial services or banking.\n\nIdeal Candidate\nWe welcome candidates from both Data Analyst and Data Engineer backgrounds, provided they have strong SQL and Python expertise, hands-on pipeline
