This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee scheduling information, updating agent data, processing internal requests, and ensuring data integrity across workforce management systems.\nThis is a non-customer-facing position that works closely with internal teams, contact center leadership, and other stakeholders to support efficient staffing operations. The ideal candidate has strong data entry and spreadsheet skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests accurately in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess and track incoming requests through SharePoint, ensuring work items are completed accurately and on time.\nMaintain and update workforce management records, agent schedules, phone skills, and related employee data.\nUse Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets, manipulate data, update files, and perform basic data analysis.\nAccess and update workforce management platforms, such as NICE IEX, to maintain accurate scheduling and agent information.\nCommunicate with internal customers and contact center stakeholders through Microsoft Outlook.\nReview data and records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\nMonitor requests through completion and maintain appropriate documentation.\nFollow established procedures and processing guidelines to support workforce management operations.\nManage multiple tasks independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.\nSupport internal teams and leadership by ensuring workforce scheduling data remains current and reliable.\nPerform additional administrative and data maintenance duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience with data entry, data maintenance, administrative support, or spreadsheet management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work independently and follow established procedures.\nEffective written communication skills and experience using Microsoft Outlook.\nFamiliarity with SharePoint or similar request management and collaboration platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with workforce management (WFM) systems, particularly NICE IEX.\nExperience maintaining employee schedules, agent profiles, phone skills, or staffing data.\nPrevious experience supporting contact center operations or workforce management teams.\nExperience processing internal requests and tracking work items through completion.\nBasic data analysis and spreadsheet reporting experience.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, scheduling systems, and internal request queues. They take pride in maintaining accurate records, resolving data discrepancies, and completing tasks efficiently while supporting contact center workforce management operations.\nAdditional Information: This is a contract position with an onsite work arrangement.
