In this role, you will review high volumes of files, identify and remove proprietary or sensitive information, maintain complete documentation, and help ensure work meets established data governance, risk, and quality standards.\n\nResponsibilities\nDocument Review and Redaction\nReview large volumes of documents across Microsoft 365 applications, PDFs, and other common file formats.\nIdentify and redact proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and acceptance criteria.\nValidate redactions for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, and perform quality-control reviews across assigned file portfolios.\nData Remediation & Stewardship\nIdentify, track, and remediate sensitive data artifacts and exceptions.\nMaintain accurate logs, evidence, audit trails, and supporting documentation for review, compliance, and final approval.\nFollow established naming, storage, and file-handling requirements throughout the remediation lifecycle.\nAnalysis & Matching\nUse advanced Microsoft Excel formulas, automation, or other approved tools to support data matching, inventory management, metric tracking, and reconciliation.\nCross-reference document inventories, metadata, and control lists to confirm scope coverage and identify discrepancies.\nAnalyze large data sets and file populations to detect patterns, gaps, and potential processing issues.\nRisk & Governance Alignment\nPerform work in alignment with data governance, information-handling, risk, and compliance requirements.\nEscalate anomalies, complex file conditions, control concerns, or ambiguous requirements promptly and recommend practical resolution options.\nProtect confidential information and maintain appropriate handling practices at every stage of the review process.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience reviewing and redacting documents in a corporate, legal, regulatory, risk, compliance, or data-governance environment.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data matching, reconciliation, and large data-set analysis.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, Adobe Acrobat Pro, file-management practices, and common business file formats.\nDemonstrated ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow detailed procedures, and produce consistent, high-quality results.\n*Beware of scams.
