Ref #: JOB-248472\nPosition Summary\nSeeking a Instructional Designer responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and revising learning solutions that support Claims employees across Auto, Property, Injury, and Care Center operations.\nThis position focuses on creating engaging, interactive, and performance-based learning experiences while ensuring curriculum accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business processes.\nThe Instructional Designer will primarily manage revisions to existing training content, develop highly technical claims training materials, and coordinate curriculum updates from intake through publishing.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, maintain, and revise instructional content for Claims employees.\nCreate instructor-led, virtual, self-paced digital learning, simulations, scenario-based learning, and performance support materials.\nDevelop interactive training content using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.\nUse Adobe products and multimedia tools to create engaging digital learning experiences.\nManage curriculum revisions from intake through publishing.\nPrioritize assignments according to Service Level Objectives (SLOs), business needs, and organizational priorities.\nTrack assignments, document progress, and maintain next steps using project management software (JWM).\nCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training accuracy and effectiveness.\nConduct assessments and analysis to identify development needs and recommend appropriate training methods.\nDevelop and update course content and coordinate learning curriculum.\nMaintain accurate documentation and communicate project progress.\nEnsure training materials align with business processes and compliance requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least 1 year of experience with instructional design strategies.\n At least 1 year of experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).\n At least 1 year of project management experience.\nKnowledge of Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.\nKnowledge of Adobe products, including Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop.\nProficiency with PowerPoint and project management software.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed.\nAbility to prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks effectively.\nStable internet connection and availability to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per
