This role is responsible for engineering, administering, and optimizing endpoint management solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), PowerShell automation, application packaging, software deployment, and endpoint security.\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing enterprise Windows endpoints, automating endpoint administration, maintaining SCCM client health, and partnering with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to improve endpoint reliability, compliance, and operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) in a large enterprise environment.\nPackage, test, and deploy enterprise applications using SCCM application packages and task sequences.\nCreate, maintain, and troubleshoot SCCM task sequences for operating system and application deployments.\nMonitor SCCM client health and proactively remediate endpoint issues.\nDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate software deployment, endpoint administration, and operational processes.\nUtilize Remote PowerShell for enterprise-scale endpoint administration and troubleshooting.\nPartner with Cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities identified through Tenable, Microsoft Defender, or similar platforms.\nTroubleshoot deployment failures, client health issues, and endpoint performance problems.\nCollaborate with Desktop Support, Infrastructure, and End User Computing (EUC) teams to resolve complex endpoint issues.\nMaintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.\nParticipate in Windows operating system deployments, endpoint lifecycle management, and modernization initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\n4+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows endpoint environments.\nStrong experience administering Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).\nExperience with enterprise application packaging and software deployment.\nExperience creating and supporting SCCM Task Sequences.\nStrong PowerShell scripting experience, including Remote PowerShell.\nExperience troubleshooting SCCM client issues and performing client health remediation.\nExperience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with vulnerability remediation using Tenable, Microsoft Defender, or similar platforms.\nExperience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.\nExperience with Microsoft Intune.\nExperience with Windows Autopilot.\nKnowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).\nExperience with Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX) platforms such as Nexthink, ControlUp, or Lakeside SysTrack.\nFamiliarity with Secure Enterprise Browsing solutions.\nExperience supporting enterprise End User Computing (EUC) environments.\nRequired Technologies\nMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)\nApplication Packaging\nSoftware Deployment\nSCCM Task Sequences\nSCCM Client Health\nPowerShell\nRemote PowerShell\nWindows 10 / Windows 11\nEndpoint Troubleshooting\nPreferred Technologies\nMicrosoft Intune\nMicrosoft Defender for Endpoint\nTenable\nAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD)\nWindows Autopilot\nNexthink\nControlUp\nLakeside SysTrack\nDigital Experience Monitoring (DEX)\nSecure Enterprise Browsers\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on Endpoint Engineer with deep experience supporting enterprise Windows environments through automation, software deployment, endpoint management, and PowerShell scripting.
