books and records for Equities clients.\nHelp manage operational risk and ensure efficient trade processing while maintaining strong internal controls and delivering high-quality client service.\nWork directly with custodians, issuers, and external brokers to resolve issues related to Standing Settlement Instructions (SSI), trade settlement, and outstanding cash or stock breaks.\nInvestigate and resolve daily operational inquiries, trade discrepancies, and settlement exceptions.\nReview internal books and records to identify discrepancies, determine appropriate resolutions, and escalate issues as necessary.\nSupport trade processing, settlement activities, reconciliation, and overall risk management to minimize operational and financial exposure.\nAnalyze existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce operational risk, and eliminate repetitive tasks.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.\nHelp drive operational efficiency and influence process improvements to achieve superior client service outcomes.\nMaintain strong attention to detail and adherence to established risk management principles and internal controls.\nSupport small projects and operational initiatives aimed at improving workflows and business processes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree required.\nStrong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational discrepancies.\nExcellent attention to detail with a strong focus on risk management, accuracy, and internal controls.\nAbility to present complex information in a clear, structured, and concise manner.\nAbility to work effectively in a
