infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, systems administration, or lab engineering, combined with excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.\nThis is an infrastructure-focused role, not a traditional software development, DevOps, CI/CD, application support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) position.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with project teams to understand technical requirements and deliver appropriate lab solutions.\n\nProvide technical guidance on lab capabilities, supported platforms, and infrastructure services.\n\nTroubleshoot operating systems, cloud services, networking, connectivity, identity, proxy, and integration issues.\n\nAdminister and support Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments.\n\nSupport virtualization and cloud technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, or similar tools.\n\nDevelop technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.\n\nCollaborate with infrastructure engineers on platform upgrades, enhancements, and new technology implementations.\n\nSupport proof-of-concept testing, sandbox environments, and emerging technology evaluations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5-7 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, systems administration, or lab engineering.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and endpoint technologies.\n\nExperience supporting VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Azure, or GCP environments.\n\nSolid understanding of networking, storage, compute, identity management, and security.\n\nExperience troubleshooting complex infrastructure, cloud, and platform integration issues.\n\nFamiliarity with infrastructure automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Terraform.\n\nStrong communication, customer service, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work directly with engineering teams, architects, and project stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting enterprise innovation labs, proof-of-concept environments, or pre-production testing platforms.\n\nExperience with hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure.\n\nExposure to AI/ML platforms, emerging technologies, and enterprise SaaS solutions.\n\nKnowledge of endpoint management, proxy services, secure connectivity, and access management.\n\nExperience evaluating and integrating new technologies alongside vendors and engineering
