This person must be a proactive, organized go-getter who takes ownership, drives accountability, anticipates problems, and gets things done.\nApproximately 75% of the role involves stakeholder communication, task management, project planning, and driving execution, with the remaining 25% focused on vendor management, budgets, and financial tracking.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through completion.\nDevelop, own, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.\nCoordinate stakeholders, assign and track tasks, and consistently follow up to ensure commitments are met.\nCommunicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders and leadership.\nIdentify obstacles early and aggressively drive issues toward resolution.\nManage third-party vendors and hold them accountable for schedules and deliverables.\nMonitor project budgets, invoices, forecasts, and related financial activities.\nManage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of project management experience, preferably involving IT infrastructure or technology projects.\nProven full lifecycle project management experience.\nExcellent stakeholder communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams.\nExperience managing vendors and project budgets.\nAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nIdeal Personality\nPersonality and project leadership skills are more important than deep IT knowledge.\nWe are looking for someone who is:\nA bulldog / go-getter who gets things done.\nPersistent without being abrasive.\nComfortable challenging people and holding them accountable.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented.\nA strong communicator and relationship builder.\nA self-starter who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.\nSolutions-oriented and willing to do what it takes to keep projects moving.\n*Beware of scams.
