Responsibilities:\n\nApplication Disposition: Manage the disposition of approximately 400 applications, including roadmap development, data capture, and identification of roadblocks for migrating applications to the client's domain.\nScope and Dependencies Management: Understand and define the scope of application migrations, including dependencies and integrations with critical systems such as billing.\nCross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the product management group and the mergers team, facilitating communication and ensuring that product managers, who may lack technical expertise, are well-informed about project developments.\nProject Leadership: Lead and manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget\nWorkflow and Informatics Expertise: Utilize your background in informatics to understand healthcare workflows, ask pertinent questions, and drive project success.\nReporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and project plans.\nQualifications:\nExperience: Minimum of 2+ years of IT project management experience, with
