handling of Treasury Management questions and issues.\nTranslate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing automation tools such as Flow Builder, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.\nTake ownership of end-to-end technical implementation for assigned project deliverables.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nConfigure and manage user setups, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules to ensure data security and compliance.\nCollaborate with business partners, technical teams, and stakeholders to develop solutions that improve the user and client experience.\nServe as a Salesforce subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and recommendations for new workflows and processes.\nCreate, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to track Treasury Management metrics and service-level agreements (SLAs).\nWork independently, exercise professional judgment, and make technical decisions that support project objectives and business requirements.\nEnsure Salesforce configurations follow established best practices for scalability, security, and system performance.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.\nActive Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required.\nProven experience designing, building, and configuring Salesforce processes, workflows, and automations from the ground up.\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flow Builder, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.\nExperience managing Salesforce user access, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.\nExperience translating business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.\nAbility to independently manage technical deliverables and take ownership of end-to-end implementations.\nExcellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment.\nMust be able to work onsite in Richmond, VA, McLean, VA, or New York, NY.\nPreferred Qualifications\nActive Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.\nExperience using Visual Studio Code.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Git, and Git repositories.\nFamiliarity with AWS integrations, APIs, and their interaction with Salesforce.\nPrevious experience supporting Treasury Management operations or financial services organizations.\nExperience supporting Salesforce implementations within call center or Voice Center
