Strong program management background.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nThis Program Manager is responsible for leading the design, build, governance, and implementation of Coupa Hosted Catalog solution supporting enterprise Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, and IT business objectives. This role will be accountable for end-to-end program delivery including business process design, supplier enablement, system configuration, integration coordination, testing, deployment, change management, and adoption of the new catalog capabilities within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem.\nSummary of Responsibilities:\nOversee all workstreams required to successfully design, build, test, and deploy the Coupa Hosted Catalog solution.\nDefine governance, controls, and operating processes required to manage catalog content, supplier onboarding, catalog maintenance, and ongoing program delivery.\nDevelop and maintain the overall program roadmap, implementation plan, resource plan, budget, and executive reporting.\nPartner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to establish catalog requirements and operating models.\nLead business process design activities to align catalog functionality with Procurement and P2P objectives.\nManage vendor, consulting, and implementation partner activities to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget commitments.\nSupport project team members to:\nPlan and monitor program progress to ensure milestones are met.\nManage daily program activities throughout the full implementation lifecycle.\nCoordinate resources across business, functional, technical, and supplier workstreams.\nManage program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalating decisions.\nCoordinate testing activities, including SIT, UAT, defect management, and production readiness.\nManage supplier onboarding and catalog content deployment activities.\nDrive stakeholder alignment across Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and executive leadership.\nAlign deliverables across all workstreams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.\nDevelop and execute change management, communication, training, and user adoption plans.\nSupport post-go-live stabilization and transition to operational support teams.\nMUST HAVE\n7+ years leading large, cross-functional technology or business transformation programs.\nDemonstrated experience implementing Coupa, Ariba, Oracle Procurement, SAP SRM, Jaggaer, or similar procurement platforms.\nDeep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, catalogs, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and supplier enablement.\nExperience designing and implementing hosted catalog solutions and product/content management processes. Experience coordinating system integrations between procurement platforms and ERP systems (SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA preferred).\nStrong knowledge of procurement master data, vendor master, material/item data, UNSPSC classifications, and catalog governance.\nExperience managing complex programs involving IT, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and external vendors. Proven ability to develop business cases, project plans, RAID logs, executive status reporting, and implementation roadmaps.\nExperience leading software implementation vendors, systems integrators, and third-party consulting resources.\nStrong understanding of change management, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment planning, and post-go-live support.\nSkill Set Requirements:\nMinimum 10 years of Program or Project Management experience leading complex enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives.\nMinimum 5 years of experience implementing procurement, sourcing, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) technology solutions.\nProven experience leading large-scale software implementation programs involving multiple cross-functional business and technical workstreams.\nDemonstrated experience designing and implementing procurement catalog solutions, supplier enablement programs, or eCommerce procurement capabilities.\nStrong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, catalogs, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and supplier management.\nExperience coordinating integrations between procurement platforms and ERP systems such as SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.\nProven experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and operational transition activities.\nProven vendor management experience including RFP support, SOW development, financial oversight, and performance management of implementation partners and suppliers.\nExperience managing programs with large and diverse stakeholder groups, including executive leadership, business process owners, IT organizations, and external vendors.\nStrong knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, risk management, governance, and executive reporting.\nExperience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\nExceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDirect experience implementing Coupa Hosted Catalogs.\nDirect experience implementing Coupa Procurement, Coupa P2P, Coupa Supplier Management, or related Coupa modules.\nExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.\nKnowledge of Punchout, cXML, OCI, EDI, supplier connectivity standards, and catalog content management.\nPMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.\nUtility, energy, or other regulated industry experience.\nExperience establishing catalog governance and operating models supporting ongoing supplier and content management.\nCertifications/education:\na. PMP certification is preferred. Supply chain background or related field preferred. Analytics or process-oriented backgrounds may also be considered.\nNice to have skill:\na. Catalog experience outside of Coupa.\nb. SAP experience.\nc. General procurement background.\n“Beware of scams.
