This role will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead enterprise technology and capital projects from initiation through deployment and transition to support.\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and status reporting.\nDrive project execution through daily management, project team meetings, stakeholder reviews, and governance processes.\nCoordinate activities across business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners.\nManage project scope, issues, risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring timely resolution.\nEnsure compliance with project management methodologies, governance requirements, and technology standards.\nManage vendor relationships, contracts, procurement activities, and third-party deliverables.\nTrack project financials, forecasts, funding, and budget performance.\nFacilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.\nProduce and maintain project updates, executive status reports, schedules, metrics, and implementation documentation.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.\nPMP Certification required.\n5+ years of project management experience supporting enterprise technology and/or capital projects.\nDemonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.\nExperience managing multiple vendors, contracts, and third-party service providers.\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nExperience managing project budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and procurement activities.\nExperience with infrastructure, software implementation, system integration, or enterprise application projects.\nPreferred Qualifications\nUtility industry experience.\nExperience supporting electric, gas, generation, distribution, transmission, or corporate utility operations.\n*Beware of scams.
