The Quality Assurance Engineer will be an expert with different widely used US healthcare claims processing and administration software. Primarily used by health insurance companies, healthcare providers, and payers for managing claims, billing, enrollment, benefits, and provider data.\nAs a Senior QA Analyst, you will lead comprehensive quality assurance initiatives for enterprise-level applications and serve as a testing subject matter expert. You will design advanced testing strategies, conduct complex system validations, and ensure quality standards across multiple projects and platforms. Your role involves leading risk assessment activities, establishing testing best practices, and providing technical leadership to QA team members. You will coordinate with senior stakeholders, manage testing deliverables, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and team capabilities while ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, integration, and user acceptance testing requirements.\nResponsibilities \nLead complex testing initiatives and coordinate testing across multiple projects.\nDesign comprehensive test strategies and testing approaches for enterprise applications.\nPerform advanced exploratory testing and security testing validation.\nLead requirement analysis and provide testing estimates for project planning.\nEstablish testing standards, processes, and best practices for the team.\nConduct risk assessment and develop risk-based testing strategies.\nMentor QA Analysts and Associate QA Analysts\nCollaborate with architects and senior developers on testability requirements.\nLead user acceptance testing coordination and stakeholder communication.\nDrive test process improvements and quality metrics reporting.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field\n4-8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance\nAdvanced understanding of SDLC, STLC, and multiple QA methodologies\nExperience leading testing projects and mentoring team members.\nStrong expertise in test strategy development and risk assessment\nAdvanced SQL skills and database testing experience\nExperience with enterprise-level application testing\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nKey Skills\nExpert-level manual testing and exploratory testing techniques\nAdvanced test strategy design and risk-based testing\nEnterprise application testing and system integration testing\nPerformance testing understanding and coordination with specialists.\nSecurity testing basics and vulnerability assessment\nAdvanced database testing and data validation techniques\nTest process optimization and quality metrics analysis.\nStakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration\nTools Proficiency\n Required: Advanced Jira administration, qTest, complex SQL, API Tools (ReadyAPI/Postman/Etc.), test management tools\n Nice to Have: NeoLoad, Tosca (for understanding automation capabilities), security testing tools, performance monitoring tools.\nCertifications (recommended) \nISTQB Advanced Test
