This role will oversee project execution, coordinate SAP development activities, and strengthen delivery practices across business and technology teams.\nThe successful candidate will serve as a key connection between business stakeholders, SAP developers, technical leadership, and IT partners. This individual must be capable of managing complex initiatives while introducing structure, accountability, governance, and standardized processes that improve overall delivery performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead enterprise technology projects and program initiatives supporting Finance and SAP-related development.\n\nManage project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.\n\nCoordinate SAP development teams, technical leads, business analysts, QA resources, and business stakeholders.\n\nEstablish project governance, standardized workflows, reporting structures, and delivery processes.\n\nEvaluate existing business and technical processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution.\n\nOversee project activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development planning, testing, release management, and production implementation.\n\nFacilitate communication and collaboration between business teams and technical development resources.\n\nEstablish clear ownership, accountability, milestones, and measurable performance outcomes.\n\nIdentify project risks, delivery bottlenecks, and resource constraints, and develop mitigation strategies.\n\nSupport Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.\n\nPrepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.\n\nDrive continuous improvement and promote consistent project management practices across multiple teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of IT project or program management experience in enterprise technology environments.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing or coordinating SAP development teams and SAP-related technology initiatives.\n\nExperience leading cross-functional technical delivery involving software developers, business analysts, QA/testing teams, and business stakeholders.\n\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), project governance, and release management.\n\nProven ability to establish and improve processes, workflows, and delivery standards across multiple teams.\n\nExperience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and interdependent deliverables.\n\nStrong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to translate business objectives into actionable technical plans and measurable deliverables.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Finance, Accounting, ERP, or enterprise financial systems.\n\nFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP financial applications.\n\nExperience with SAP integrations, enhancements, system upgrades, or enterprise transformation programs.\n\nBackground in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.\n\nPMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma certification.\n\nExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or comparable project management tools.\n\nExperience implementing PMO standards, project governance frameworks, or enterprise delivery improvements.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced technology program manager who understands how SAP development teams operate and can effectively manage delivery across business and technical organizations.
