A key part of the role is ensuring AI systems can be evaluated, monitored, and operated successfully in production\nJob Duties:\nSupport the Lead AI Platform Engineer in designing, building, deploying, and operating enterprise AI solutions.\nHelp build and evolve RAG, agent-based, and AI workflow solutions under the guidance of senior technical leadership.\nImplement AI observability, tracing, and monitoring capabilities.\nIntegrate AI and automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, document repositories, and file-based systems.\nDesign and develop automation solutions, primarily using Blue Prism, UiPath, and ABBYY OCR.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand processes and define automation requirements.\nIdentify process gaps, business rule exceptions, and AI and automation risks.\nTroubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.\nRequired Skills:\n2+ years of experience developing and supporting software solutions in production environments.\nExperience integrating systems through APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.\nWorking knowledge of C#, Python, Java, or similar languages.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nUnderstanding of testing, quality assurance, and release management practices.\nInterest in AI engineering, RAG applications, agentic workflows, LLM-based systems, or AI-enabled automation.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Blue Prism, UiPath, and/or ABBYY OCR.\nExperience with intelligent document processing or AI-enabled automation.\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.\nExperience with Databricks.\nHands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.\nExperience building AI workflows that leverage tools, APIs, MCP servers, and external systems.\nUnderstanding of agent architecture patterns, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation techniques.\n*Beware of scams.
