The individual should be comfortable working across physical security, application architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.\nRequired Qualifications:\n10+ years of experience supporting, upgrading and implementing enterprise Physical Access Control Systems (PACS)\nStrong hands-on experience with AMAG Symmetry (highly preferred)\nExperience with PACS architecture, badge management, access provisioning, alarms, readers, controllers, and Field Control Panels\nExperience working with PACS vendors, system integrators, and implementation teams\nStrong Microsoft SQL Server experience\nExperience with enterprise application integrations and APIs\nExperience supporting highly available, multi-site systems\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with AMAG Connect and/or Guest.\nExperience with AWS, cloud-hosted, or hybrid architectures\nExperience with Kafka, event streaming, messaging platforms, or real-time integration architectures\nExperience integrating PACS with identity management, HR systems, PSIM, VMS, IDS, or ServiceNow\nExperience with CyberArk, SIEM platforms, Splunk, or enterprise monitoring tools\nUtility, critical infrastructure, or NERC CIP-regulated industry experience\nExperience supporting large-scale security modernization or PACS replacement initiatives\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the PACS technical SME and advisor to project and support teams\nReview architecture, design, integration, and implementation plans provided by the vendor\nSupport PACS upgrade activities\nDefine operational support, monitoring, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity requirements\nGuide integrations with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and security systems\nAssist with testing and production readiness\nProvide technical leadership throughout implementation and stabilization\nSummary:\nSeeking a senior PACS consultant with deep AMAG Symmetry expertise who can lead/assist a large AMAG Symmetry upgrade to V11. AMAG experience is the top qualification.
