Onsite / 1 Day Remote\nContract Length: 12 Months\nJob Ref #: JOB-248409\nPosition Summary\nSeeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to provide technical expertise across the Application Security platform portfolio.\nThe AppSec Engineer will support application security tooling, policy implementation, vulnerability analysis, false-positive validation, platform escalations, and developer enablement activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Application Security platforms, tooling, and policy implementation.\n\nConduct vulnerability analysis, root-cause analysis, and false-positive assessments.\n\nSupport SAST, SCA, API Security, DAST, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and Mobile Security testing.\n\nAdminister and support AppSec platforms and security tooling.\n\nProvide secure coding guidance and vulnerability remediation support to development teams.\n\nSupport platform escalations and developer enablement activities.\n\nWork with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices to support automated security controls.\n\nLeverage APIs, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve security operations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nDeep understanding of Secure SDLC and Application Security practices.\n\nHands-on experience with SAST, SCA, API Security, DAST, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and Mobile Security testing.\n\nExperience administering and supporting AppSec platforms and security tooling.\n\nExperience conducting vulnerability validation, root-cause analysis, and false-positive assessments.\n\nExperience providing secure coding guidance and remediation support to development teams.\n\nFamiliarity with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and automated security controls.\n\nExperience leveraging APIs, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve security operations.\n\nCertifications such as CSSLP, CISSP, GWAPT, GWEB, or equivalent industry-recognized
