Experience with Python, cloud platforms-preferably GCP -and containerized environments is highly desirable.\nThis role requires the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional and distributed teams.\nTop Required Skills\n2+ years of hands-on Java development experience\n\nSpring / Spring Boot\n\nReact.js and/or Angular\n\nPython\n\nREST APIs and Microservices\n\nModern software development and cloud-native application practices\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.\n\nDevelop backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.\n\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs and integrate services across enterprise applications.\n\nDevelop modern, responsive front-end applications using React.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.\n\nApply software design patterns, secure coding practices, and performance optimization techniques.\n\nUtilize Python for automation, scripting, data processing, or AI/ML-related initiatives.\n\nDevelop and support cloud-native applications using platforms such as GCP.\n\nCollaborate with architects, product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities.\n\nTroubleshoot application issues and contribute to performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.\n\nFollow established engineering standards, development methodologies, and secure coding practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.\n\nAt least 2 years of experience developing applications with Java and Spring Boot.\n\nHands-on experience building REST APIs and microservices.\n\nExperience with React.js and modern front-end development frameworks; Angular experience is also valuable.\n\nWorking knowledge of Python and its application in automation, scripting, data processing, or AI/ML initiatives.\n\nGood understanding of software design patterns, secure coding practices, and application performance optimization.\n\nExperience developing or supporting cloud-native applications.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional and distributed teams.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\nExperience with Kubernetes / OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).\n\nExperience with Apache Spark or distributed data-processing technologies.\n\nExperience with GCP-based AI/ML services.\n\nFamiliarity with containerization and cloud-native architecture.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on full-stack engineer who can work across both backend Java services and modern front-end applications.
