support audits and operational reporting.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of enterprise application production support experience.\n\n3+ years supporting AWS cloud-native/serverless solutions.\n\nExperience with Angular, TypeScript, AWS Lambda using Python and/or .NET, REST APIs, and Kafka.\n\nProficiency with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.\n\nExperience supporting AWS AI/ML integrations, including Bedrock, Textract, and Rekognition.\n\nMonitoring and incident response experience using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, or equivalent.\n\nReporting experience with Power BI, SSRS, or equivalent.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and prioritization skills;
