This role supports contract administration throughout the contract lifecycle while identifying opportunities to maximize value, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.\nPosition summary:\nSeeking a Contract Manager with 3+ years of experience managing supplier contracts, vendor performance, procurement, or supply chain activities. This individual will oversee small to mid-sized contracts through their full lifecycle, drive supplier performance and compliance, support negotiations, and partner with business stakeholders to maximize contract value.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and manage contract strategies in partnership with business units and centers of excellence.\nDefine contract terms and conditions in accordance with company standards.\nManage post-award contract administration activities.\nMonitor supplier performance and contract compliance.\nEnsure adherence to contractual terms, including payment and performance requirements.\nModify contracts as needed and support renewals, extensions, and contract closeout activities.\nManage small to medium-sized supplier contracts through the full contract lifecycle.\nProvide regular reporting on supplier performance, development plans, and compliance metrics.\nServe as the primary point of contact for contract-related issues and disputes.\nAnalyze and resolve business conflicts between the company and suppliers.\nIdentify and implement value-maximization opportunities.\nPartner with Supply Chain Management to negotiate favorable contract terms.\nReview and process supplier work effort requests in accordance with corporate policies.\nEnsure executed contracts are properly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate documentation of contract changes and issue resolution activities.\nCollaborate with key customers and stakeholders to proactively improve supplier performance.\nSupport supplier selection activities in conjunction with the Supply Chain team.\nAnalyze current contract processes and recommend improvements utilizing continuous improvement principles.\nAssist with contract negotiation strategy and execution.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong contract administration and contract lifecycle management experience.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nProven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.\nHigh attention to detail and analytical mindset.\nNegotiation and conflict resolution skills.\nExperience working with supplier performance and compliance programs.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nExperience with SAP, Maximo, SRM, or similar enterprise systems.\nKey Success Factors\nAbility to balance supplier relationships while protecting business interests.\nStrong understanding of contract language and risk management principles.\nExperience managing supplier performance and driving accountability.\nEffective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to identify cost savings, process improvements, and value creation opportunities.\n*Beware of scams.
