This position requires a technically proficient professional who can translate complex system behavior into clear, engaging learning experiences for a diverse workforce.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystem Testing\nDevelop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and updated systems.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across enterprise applications.\nIdentify, log, and track defects using defect management tools; collaborate with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.\nValidate system configurations, data integrity, and end-to-end workflows in staging and production environments.\nMaintain test documentation and ensure test artifacts are version-controlled and audit-ready.\nCoordinate and support system patching, upgrades, and release validation activities.\nCollaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.\nTraining Development & Delivery\nConduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine the appropriate training approach for various user groups.\nDesign, develop, and maintain training materials including instructor-led guides, e-learning modules, job aids, quick reference cards, and user manuals.\nDeliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions to end users, supervisors, and technical staff\nTailor instructional content and delivery style to accommodate different learning styles, experience levels, and audience backgrounds.\nEvaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics; continuously improve program content.\nMaintain a current library of training resources and update materials in response to system changes, updates, or regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant enrollment to maximize attendance and minimize operational disruption.\nServe as a go-to resource for post-training support, providing reinforcement coaching and troubleshooting assistance.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in software or systems testing (QA/UAT).\nMinimum of 2 years of experience designing and delivering end-user or technical training programs.\nDemonstrated experience writing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.\nExperience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).\n*Beware of scams.
