This role involves implementing custom plugins, modifying templates, and collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects and tickets, adhering to industry best practices.\nSAS is a fully remote company - this position will be 100% remote.\nEssential Functions\nProvide Support for Existing Client Sites\nTroubleshoot problems and promptly address issues on existing client websites. \nImplement requested features, ensuring seamless functionality. \nAssist with the Build Out of New Client Websites\nAdminister pre-built themes and customize them to meet client needs. \nDevelop custom themes and plugins from scratch for unique client requirements. \nManage Integrations between Websites and reMembers\nOversee integrations between websites and Strategic Association Solutions’ Association Management Software, re:Members. \nEnsure smooth functionality and data synchronization between the two platforms. \nEnsure Compliance with Best Practices\nFollow Strategic Association Solutions Best Practices in all development activities. \nStay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into daily workflows. \nOther duties that align with the mission and vision of the company as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree preferred. \n2-3 years of experience as a Web Developer. \nProficient in HTML, CSS, and PHP. \nProficient in web development, including administration of plugins, settings, and layouts via the web Dashboard front end. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to efficiently solve unique problems. \nStrong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with third-party web content editors such as Elementor and WP Bakery. \nExperience with other CMS platforms such as Kentico, Drupal, and DNN. \nExperience with JavaScript. \nExperience with Python and C#. \nExperience with RESTful APIs. \nExperience with issue and project tracking software like JIRA. \nSAS EEO Statement\nSAS does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
