They tackle complex technical challenges, empower customers to achieve their goals, and play a vital role in building and strengthening the Strategy Community. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to expand their expertise, and motivated by the opportunity to transform challenges into impactful solutions that drive customer success.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide support for Strategy’s Business Intelligence product suite, Cloud platform, and its underlying technologies \nDevelop strong relationships with Strategy customers and partners through daily, high quality interactions during customer project development and production system maintenance \nFind creative and sophisticated solutions to complex or higher priority problems reported while using Strategy’s product suite through analytical talent and strong troubleshooting abilities \nSupport day to day management of the Strategy Cloud infrastructure including scheduled and emergency maintenance activities. \nPerform incident response including troubleshooting of the infrastructure and platform related issues \nCollaborate and communicate effectively with peers, internal application and software development teams \nPrioritize and communicate product defects and enhancements to development teams \nContribute to the growth of the Strategy Community by creating customer-facing documentation of all technical solutions and product documentation addendums \nEnhance personal and professional growth by participating in Internal Development Programs \nQualifications: \nExpected bachelor's degree graduation date of May 2027 in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. \nExposure to Kubernetes, Python, REST API, Java, SQL, HTML, or XML/XSL technologies \nWindows/Linux system administration knowledge \nFunctional knowledge of cloud technologies and service providers like Azure, AWS, and GCP \nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills and experience \nStrong Time management skills to prioritize workload, multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities under pressure \nExcellent oral and written English communication skills \nPreferred: Cloud Certifications (Linux Foundations, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) \nLocation:\nThis position is based at our Headquarters in Tysons, VA (Monday through Friday; 8:30 am - 6:00 pm)\nCompensation\nThe base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 and represents a good faith estimate of the range at the time of posting. Strategy maintains broad salary ranges to account for differences in skills, experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, market conditions, and business needs. Candidates are typically placed within the range based on these factors, and it is not common for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. The posted range reflects base salary only.
