At Strategy, you're not just another employee, you're a crucial part of a mission to push the boundaries of analytics and redefine financial investment.\n About the role\nAs a Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern, you will support our Business Development team in a variety of projects, gaining exposure to different areas of the business and learning how to identify new business opportunities and contribute to our sales and marketing initiatives.\nThis is a great opportunity to develop your business and communication skills while working closely with different teams and contributing to initiatives that help increase awareness of Strategy's products and services and support our commercial growth.\nYour focus\nAssist in building and maintaining prospect and customer databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date across the systems used by the team.\n\nCollaborate on the development of commercial and marketing strategies to identify new opportunities and increase awareness of Strategy's products and services.\n\nSupport the development and execution of commercial campaigns using tools integrated with Sales Navigator.\n\nAssist in identifying new ways to engage prospects and support business development initiatives.\n\nCollaborate in preparing internal documentation and guides related to the tools and processes used by the team.\n\n What we're looking for\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Expected graduation date of December 2028/June 2029.\n\nAdvanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.\n\nExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.\n\nProactive mindset and willingness to anticipate needs and take initiative.\n\nStrong teamwork, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.\n\nCreativity, curiosity, dedication, and a genuine willingness to learn.\n\nAvailability to work from our Núñez, CABA office twice a week.\n\n As a first step, you will be asked to complete an analytical assessment through Canditech.
