Together with our customers, we drive innovations that are imperative to advancing national security.\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to accurately track and manage our carrier aircraft inventory. In this role, you will ensure materials and supplies are properly received, stored, and issued while maintaining precise records that support efficient operations. This position is vital to the supply chain, helping safeguard stock integrity, enabling production and operations teams, and driving continuous improvement in inventory management practices.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nEstablish, maintain, and audit a compliant Property Control System for all company assets (storage, tracking, security, and accounting).\nImplement and manage inventory recording and control systems; coordinate the movement of parts, equipment, and supplies across organizations.\nAnalyze work in area, determine priorities and sequence work based on customer requirements.\nDevelop, document, and continuously improve processes and procedures for inventory and logistics operations.\nReceive, verify, and log incoming shipments; investigate and resolve discrepancies.\nMaintain accurate inventory levels and support kitting and material distribution planning.\nManage shop supply needs, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage.\nSupport project management activities such as scoping, scheduling, resource planning, and contract coordination.\nPrepare and execute audit plans; resolve compliance issues related to property and inventory.\nSafely handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with applicable regulations.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.\nMinimum 1 year of experience using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with the implementation of a property tracking and management system.\nHands-on experience with CostPoint, MRP, or Deltek.\nFamiliarity with ITAR or government contracting procedures.\nExperience with hazardous materials (Hazmat) handling and storage.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT & BENEFITS:\n$20.00-$28.00/hr\nEligible for up to 8% annual bonus\nLocated at Mojave Air & Spaceport, 95 miles north of Los Angeles.\n9/80 schedule.\nBase salary and leveling are established on a case-by-case basis.
