Together with our customers, we drive innovations that are imperative to advancing national security.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Security Administrative Assistant will report to the Facility Security Officer. The Security Administrative Assistant will assist Stratolaunch guests and remote employees as they visit the site. This role will require superb customer service and a positive attitude.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \nMonitor visitor access in conjunction with the Facility Security Officer.\nMaintain Master Visitor Control Calendar\nMaintain accurate records within SwipedOn\nManage Tour Requests\nReceive and verifies guests, vendors, suppliers and coordinates documents for their visits\nConducts screening programs such as Denied Party Screenings\nIssues and tracks visitor badges, new hire badges and temporary badges\nConduct daily badge audits and follows-up with any missing badges\nGreet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival and logs their entry/departure into a visitor control database\nPlace maintenance requests as needed\nAssist with shipping items to remote employees, as needed\nDistribute mail\nPerform lobby hosting duties, as needed\nDemonstrate honesty, responsibility, integrity and fulfillment of commitments\nBecome familiar with the Access Control System\nManage Non-Employee Badge Agreements, tracking Temp Hires, Contractors, Long Term Visitors\nRun & Review After Hour Badge Records\nRun monthly badge audits\nRoute all corporate phone calls/check voicemails on main line\nAssist the Security Department with tracking Security Education & Training\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
