client implementations are working successfully \nSolve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs \nDesign and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP \nExecute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies \nCollaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome\nRequirements\nMinimum 2-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics. \nExperience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy. \nThe ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines \nExcellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals \nThe ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development \nFamiliarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks \nExperience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
