The ideal candidate should have strong sales, customer engagement, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently, build a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently deliver against targets while upholding the client’s standards.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n Account Opening: Actively take part in quality account opening for new customers.\n\n Digital products onboarding: Cross selling of the banks digital products to existing and all new clients ensuring clients.\n\n Deposit and Loans: Deliver set targets on deposit mobilization and quality disbursement of loans to both individual and business customers.\n\n Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service and creatively engage customers on various products and services available at the bank.\n\n Customer Retention: Implement customer retention strategies through regularly sensitizing customers on bank product portfolio thereby influencing their loyalty.
