This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who wants to have a real impact and help build HR processes within a growing Saudi company.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee requests, performance management, leave, attendance, and off-boarding.\n\nMaintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.\n\nSupport the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.\n\nAct as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and requests.\n\nCoordinate recruitment activities and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process.\n\nMonitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related matters.\n\nSupport performance management and employee development processes.\n\nEnsure HR operations are aligned with applicable Saudi labour regulations and requirements.\n\nIdentify and actively pursue government programs, initiatives, incentives, and support opportunities that can benefit the company and its employees.\n\nStay up to date with relevant Saudi government platforms, programs, and employment initiatives.\n\nPrepare HR reports and provide management with relevant people-related insights.\n\nHelp build a positive, organised, and people-focused company culture.\n\nRequirements\nSaudi national.\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nFresh graduate to 2+ years of HR experience; internships and relevant practical experience are welcome.\n\nGood understanding of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle processes.\n\nFamiliarity with Saudi labour regulations and government HR platforms/programs is preferred.\n\nStrong organisational and administrative skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nGood command of Arabic and English.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nSomeone who doesn't just want to work in HR, but wants to build HR.
