We're at an inflection point where mining companies are coming to us, and we need a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to help prioritize features and drive our product roadmap!\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a self-driven Full-Stack Engineer to join our Platform team. This role focuses on developing and enhancing our web-based dashboard platform where mining companies upload data, visualize 3D resource models, and access our AI-generated insights. You will be responsible for both frontend user interfaces and backend systems that power our platform, ensuring seamless data flow from mining operations to our AI models and back to our clients. This position requires strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with experience in building data-intensive web applications. This is a remote-first position, with a preference for applicants based in Canada.\nKey Responsibilities\n Frontend:\nDevelop and maintain our web-based dashboard that serves as the primary interface between clients and our AI technology\n\nCreate intuitive data upload interfaces supporting CSV and customizable formats for mining datasets\n\nImplement interactive 3D visualizations of block models with xyz coordinates and predicted values\n\nBuild responsive, user-friendly dashboards that display model results, analytics, and performance metrics\n\nEnsure compatibility with mining industry software (Leapfrog, Geovia GEMS, Vulcan, etc.)\n\nOptimize interfaces for real-time access from both site and corporate locations\n\nBackend:\nDesign and develop RESTful APIs and services that connect our frontend with AI models\n\nImplement secure data storage and processing pipelines on AWS\n\nCreate efficient systems for model delivery on weekly to monthly update schedules\n\nDevelop version control and data exchange mechanisms within our SAIGE platform\n\nIntegrate with our proprietary deep learning systems to present results through the dashboard\n\nImplement monitoring systems to track model quality and performance over time\n\nGeneral:\nCollaborate with ML engineers, mining experts, and product teams to develop features that address client needs\n\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure high-quality implementation\n\nIdentify opportunities for performance optimization and technical improvements\n\nDocument systems for knowledge sharing and maintenance\n\nCommunicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\n\nTechnical Competencies & Requirements\n5+ years of experience in full-stack web development\n\nStrong proficiency in frontend technologies:\n\nJavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred)\n\nHTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles\n\nDemonstrated backend development capabilities:\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS)\n\nKnowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)\n\nFamiliarity with RESTful API design and implementation\n\nExperience building web applications that handle complex data visualization\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\n\nAbility to work with development teams to integrate frontend with ML systems\n\nTechnical communication skills - able to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders\n\nExperience with version control systems (Git)\n\nDemonstrated ability to frame technical problems within business/domain contexts\n\nAbility to solve real-world problems in industries outside your professional domain\n\n Nice to Have\nExperience with 3D visualization or geospatial data\n\nExperience with data visualization libraries (D3.js,
