This role is ideal for candidates with strong programming fundamentals who are eager to build expertise in backend engineering and AI applications in a fast-paced startup environment.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, test, and maintain backend services and REST APIs.\nBuild scalable and efficient server-side applications using Python and Java.\nDevelop and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework.\nBuild backend modules, APIs, and integrations using Frappe.\nIntegrate backend systems with LLMs, AI platforms, and third-party services.\nDesign and optimize database schemas, queries, and data pipelines.\nWork with PostgreSQL/MySQL and other backend data stores.\nCollaborate with frontend developers, AI engineers, and product teams.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.\nDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend performance and integration issues.\nParticipate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.\nContribute to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production systems.\nStay updated with emerging AI, backend, Frappe, and cloud technologies.\nRequirements:\nWe are looking for a 0-1 year Backend Developer with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on Frappe Framework experience.\nThe candidate should be comfortable with Python, APIs, SQL, Git, and basic backend development and should have an interest in building AI/LLM-powered applications.\nFrappe is a mandatory skill for this role.
