Additionally, Stream sources and develops low-risk land sites for optimum data center development and provides energy procurement services with a focus on reducing market risk and providing low-cost renewable energy options.\nStream Data Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Corporate Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Corporate Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations while supporting our diverse portfolio that spans major markets. This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can navigate the complexities of accounting within our fast-paced industry and support our vision of providing exceptional service to our clients.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nCoordinate and support the month-end close process, including facilitating close activities, monitoring progress and resolving issues to ensure timely completion.\nPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations and financial analysis to ensure accurate, complete and GAAP-compliant financial reporting.\nSupport the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of accounting systems, close management tools and applications.\nSupport internal and external audits.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting.\n2+ years of accounting experience in either public accounting or in a corporate role within the accounting and finance department.\nKnowledge of US GAAP.\nStrong analytical skills with attention to detail.\nAble to work out of either our Dallas, TX office or Frisco, TX office as needed.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nCPA or CPA Candidate\nBenefits\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nRetirement Plan (401k, IRA)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\nFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)\nShort Term & Long Term Disability\nTraining & Development\nWellness Resources\nThe pay range for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000 (base). Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
