Additionally, Stream sources and develops low-risk land sites for optimum data center development and provides energy procurement services with a focus on reducing market risk and providing low-cost renewable energy options.\nStream Data Centers is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to build and scale a best-in-class talent acquisition function in support of the company's continued national growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this leader will design and execute an enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy, stand up scalable recruiting infrastructure, and build and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team capable of sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across corporate, technical, construction, and data center operations roles nationwide. This is a highly visible, strategic role for an experienced talent acquisition leader who thrives in a fast-growing, high-performance environment and is energized by the opportunity to build modern, data-driven talent acquisition capability from the ground up.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPartner with the CHRO and senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Stream's growth objectives and workforce plan.\nBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, establishing clear goals, accountability, and career development paths.\nOwn full-cycle recruiting outcomes across all levels and functions - corporate, technical, construction, and data center operations - with direct personal ownership of executive and hard-to-fill searches.\nOwn the design and execution of college partnership and early-career recruiting programs, building relationships with universities, community colleges, and technical/trade schools in each of Stream's operating markets.\nBuild and scale workforce pipeline programs - internships, apprenticeships, co-ops, and rotational programs - that create a sustainable, renewable talent pipeline for both corporate and data center operations/technical roles.\nDevelop creative, locally-tailored pipeline strategies for each market Stream operates in, recognizing that talent availability and workforce needs differ by site and region.\nPartner with local workforce development boards, trade associations, and community organizations to build talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-source roles (e.g., electrical, mechanical, and critical facilities talent).\nTrack and report on pipeline program effectiveness - conversion to hire, retention of program hires, and program ROI - as a core input to long-term workforce planning.\nDesign and implement scalable, repeatable recruiting processes, workflows, and service-level agreements that support rapid, quality hiring as the company scales.\nEstablish and monitor talent acquisition metrics and dashboards (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline conversion, diversity of slate) to drive continuous improvement and inform leadership decision-making.\nOwn the selection, implementation, and optimization of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and broader recruiting technology stack, including AI-enabled sourcing, candidate matching, and interview support tools - improving speed and candidate experience while proactively managing algorithmic bias and compliance risk.\nLead employer branding and talent marketing initiatives that position Stream as an employer of choice within the data center and technology industries.\nManage relationships with executive search firms, staffing agencies, and other third-party recruiting vendors, ensuring quality, value, and appropriate cost management.\nPartner closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and hiring managers to ensure competitive, market-informed offers and a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.\nTrain hiring managers and hold them accountable for consistent, high-quality interviewing practices and timely hiring decisions.\nChampion a best-in-class candidate experience, including structured feedback loops and response-time standards, recognizing its impact on Stream's reputation in local labor markets.\nStand up rapid-hiring capability to support new site launches, market expansions, and acquisitions, scaling recruiting capacity quickly without sacrificing quality.\nOwn the talent acquisition budget, including headcount planning, vendor spend, and recruiting marketing investment, and report regularly on progress to the CHRO and executive team.\nServe as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and business leaders on labor market trends, wage pressures, and competitor hiring activity across Stream's markets.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across the full hiring lifecycle.\nRequirements\nMINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.\n10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a talent acquisition leadership role managing a team of recruiters.\nProven track record building and scaling a talent acquisition function within a high-growth, multi-site, or geographically distributed organization.\nDemonstrated experience recruiting across a broad mix of roles, from corporate and professional positions to technical, operational, and construction or field-based positions.\nDeep expertise in modern sourcing strategies, employer branding, and full-cycle recruiting best practices.\nHands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics and reporting tools.\nStrong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, including C-suite executives.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiting professionals.\nAbility to commute to our Frisco, TX headquarters regularly throughout the work week.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience in the data center, critical infrastructure, real estate, construction, or engineering industries.\nExperience recruiting for hyperscale, wholesale colocation, or capital-project-driven organizations.\nSHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, AIRS, or other relevant HR or talent acquisition certification.\nExperience implementing or optimizing an ATS or HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors).\nFamiliarity with workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design principles.\nExperience building diversity sourcing strategies and partnering with community and industry organizations to expand talent pipelines.\nExperience building early-career, campus, or workforce pipeline programs, ideally within a technical, skilled-trades, or infrastructure-driven industry.\nExperience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools and technologies to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.\nBenefits\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nRetirement Plan (401k, IRA)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\nFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)\nShort Term & Long Term Disability\nTraining & Development\nWellness Resources\nIndividual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
